Orders & Payment
Quote first, bake after
We kick off production once full payment is received. A quote will always be shared with you upfront so there are no surprises — the complete order amount is to be paid before we begin baking.

Corporate and bulk orders follow the same flow — quote, payment, then bake.
Customization & Lead Time
A little notice goes a long way
Love a custom flavour or a special box? We just need a little advance notice — please place custom or bulk orders at least 5 days ahead.
Once we've started baking, we may not be able to change flavors or quantities, so do confirm details early!

Cancellations
Plans change, we get it
We understand plans change. If you need to cancel before we've started baking, we'll do our best to refund what we can, minus ingredient costs already incurred.
Once baking has begun, payments aren't refundable — everything is made fresh, just for you.

Our kitchen works with nuts, dairy, and gluten — but everything we make is completely eggless!
If you have any other allergies, please let us know before ordering so we can make sure you enjoy every bite safely.
